Our summer fashion courses offer an intensive study abroad experience where students can improve their skills, build a professional portfolio, and connect with international peers who share a passion for fashion and design. The goal of this workshop is to prepare students for the real fashion industry through a hands-on approach, structured like a true apprenticeship rather than a purely theoretical course.
Summer Personal Women Fashion Styling Course
Intensive styling training for specific clients
This course helps you develop a strong sense of fashion styling based on time, place, and occasion. You will learn how to style looks for different contexts, from dressing actors for a movie to styling a celebrity for a special event, and how to reinterpret timeless pieces like the Little Black Dress for multiple situations.
Throughout the course, students create a photographic scrapbook that becomes a personal portfolio. All exercises are designed to reflect real market needs and professional styling practice.
Summer Men Fashion Styling Course

The Men’s Fashion Styling course helps students develop a strong sense of styling with Italian taste. It provides a clear overview of men’s fashion through essential terminology and the study of iconic men’s style references, preparing students for professional practice.
Summer Menswear / Streetwear Fashion Design Course
Introduction to menswear design at a professional level, both for classic Italian style and street style
The Menswear Design Course helps students develop the taste and skills needed to design men’s clothing, inspired by Milan’s leading menswear tradition. Through research and real garment design, students strengthen their creative talent and build an individual, professional menswear collection.
Summer Accessories Design Course
Learn to design different styles of bags or shoes for the right purpose
The Accessory Design Course teaches students how to design handbags and shoes by combining creativity with functionality. The course introduces a professional approach to accessory design, with a focus on construction, materials, and market positioning.
Summer Bridal Wedding Dress Design Course
This Bridal Gown Design Course is designed for those who want to learn modern Italian-style wedding dress design or improve their professional skills. Students learn figure drawing and basic anatomy, create mood boards, and use Photoshop through guided video tutorials.
Summer Fashion Illustration Course
Developing your own fashion illustration style
The Fashion Illustration Course explores fashion illustration as an art form and a creative way to express fashion inspiration. Students learn figure drawing, color theory, historical evolution of illustration, and multiple techniques while developing their own style and building a professional portfolio.
Summer Lingerie & Swimwear Design
Design Lingerie & Swimwear at the professional level
The Lingerie & Swimwear Design Course teaches students how to draw the human body with an understanding of natural proportions. Using Photoshop and Illustrator, students create mood boards and professional technical drawings, learning how to present designs in a way ready for production and factories.
Summer Fashion Trend Forecasting
Train your visual sensibility, analyse the latest trend, learn how trend works, and how to propose your trendy products
The Mood & Trend Forecasting Course teaches students how to plan products based on current fashion trends, from colors and fabrics to silhouettes and target concepts. Using Photoshop and online research, students create mood boards and written briefs to interpret and present trend themes professionally.

Application Dates: Courses start every Monday.
Apply anytime and choose a Monday to start the course. All courses have more than one option for course duration unless stated.
Please note that MFC Summer Program has a limited number of places that will be assigned on a first come - first serve basis.

who is the coordinator of the Summer Fashion Courses ?
Angelo Russica, the Fashion Master coordinator, brings extensive experience to the role. With over 4 years as an assistant at Gianni Versace, he played an active role in Women's Wear and Menswear collections, including Genny, Spazio, and Versus.
He also collaborated with Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana (Dolce & Gabbana) while working alongside Giorgio Correggiari.
Angelo's expertise expands as a consultant for renowned fashion companies like Gruppo Marzotto, Miroglio Vestebene, and Gruppo Max Mara. Furthermore, he gained valuable international experience in Japan, working with King Company, a prominent player in the apparel industry.........
